Antarctica Day 6 - Gourdin Island

Our first excursion on Day 6 was a zodiac cruise around Gourdin Island. There are two words that sum up this excursion...cold and windy!!! After sitting in a zodiac boat for a couple hours, with an aluminum floor, I had some seriously frozen feet. But despite the cold (it is Antarctica, right) - we had a great time cruising around looking at the thousands of penguins on land, penguins swimming (jumping) through the water, and some beautiful icebergs to cap things off.
